Sponsorship, Vendors, & Advertisting

Hello! The Upper Midwest Translators and Interpreters Association (UMTIA) is preparing to hold its 2010 Conference at Century College on Saturday, September 25.

UMTIA has been holding conferences since 2002, with an attendance of 180 people at its last conference. UMTIA conferences attract professional interpreters and translators, and language services managers and coordinators from around the Upper Midwest, working in various fields. We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to become a conference sponsor.

UMTIA is a nonprofit, professional organization with members who are interpreters, translators and other language professionals. We host professional development workshops, events, and speakers, and provide opportunities for our members to connect with other professionals in their field. Our mission is to educate interpreters, translators, and the public about the professional code of ethics and best business practices related to the fields of translation and interpreting and inform the public about policies affecting the industry.

We invite you to participate as a sponsor of our upcoming conference, and we would like to let you know that UMTIA has now been officially awarded 501(c)(3) non-profit status, making sponsorship an even greater tax-deductible benefit for you. Sponsorship is available at the following levels:
