The Volunteer Committee

UMTIA is run entirely by volunteers, except for a few hours a year which are contracted out for legal, accounting, and computer services.

We need volunteers to help run registration tables at training events, serve refreshments, and enter attendee information in our database. Committees identify needs in the field and plan training events, discuss and write position papers, and identify speakers for the annual conference. Get involved and help improve and shape the future of language services in Minnesota.
